Tips for healthy skin.

      
    The use of a sunscreen is indispensable but not enough to completely protect the skin from the sun's rays. We must therefore take other measures to better protect our skin.
Then we will share some tips about skin care.
  •    Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours. Remember, you should not buy suncreams that have been exposed to the sun.


  • 30 minutes before you expose yourself to the sun, you must apply sunscreen on your skin that will be exposed to the sun.


  • Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.



  •   Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tightly woven long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.


  •   Eat a healthy, because a healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Also drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.

  • Manage your stress, because Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne or other skin problems.
